Rose Package
Consider this your insurance package! The quiet of the studio can offer the time and clarity that the lights and timeline of a reception cannot. An extension of the Tulip package, The Rose package includes 8-10 hours of live painting on a 18x24 gallery-wrapped canvas, and then a minimum 6 more hours of studio touchups after the event to make sure that your smiling faces and the folds of your wedding finery are represented accurately. The content of the painting will be of the couple alone in the place and moment of their choosing, and then refined as seen fit in the studio, and finished with a high-quality layer of Gamvar Gloss. Canvas size-ups are offered for an additional charge.

Magnolia Package
The Magnolia package is for those who not only wish to capture the couple on their big day, but reflect the space as it truly is-- filled with loved ones. This package includes 8 hours of preparatory background work from collected reference, and 8+ hours of live painting on a 22x28 gallery-wrapped canvas. The canvas will depict the detailed couple in the moment and location of their choosing, and the impression of the guests and party members present (or those not present) at the event. The finished painting will be presented at the end of the night. Canvas size-ups are offered for an additional charge.
$4,500
This painting was incredibly special, since the bride sent in a photo of the grooms mother who had passed and we made sure she was in the painting.
Orchid Package
For those in the market for a masterpiece that not only has a refined representation of the couple, but of the space and guests as well-- look no further than the Orchid Package. When live painting, the couple is always the priority-- and this extra time allows for not only their details to be accurately refined after the fact, but also the details of the guests and the venue. This makes for one cohesive work of art that echoes the grandeur of your big day. This service includes 8 hours of preparatory background work, 8+ hours of live painting on a 24x36 gallery-wrapped canvas, and 10-20 hours of studio refinement. The painting will be finished with a high-quality coat of Gamvar Gloss and returned to the couple. Canvas size-ups are offered for an additional charge.
$5,500
Travel
For all travel, the base price of the selected package remains unchanged. Required accommodations or travel stipends will be added to the total balance.
For Travel within Missouri or Kansas, a stipend will be added for the appropriate amount of gas from Kansas City, MO to the venue, and the return trip. Weddings within 45 minutes or within Kansas City do not require a gas stipend.
For Travel requiring airfare, the commissioner must provide a round-trip ticket with insurance, with 2 checked bags and one carryon, 2 nights of overnight accommodations, and either a stipend for ride-share or a provided rental. More details can be provided upon inquiry!
What's the difference?
Time. When painting, the equation is unchanging: more time equals more detail.
The impressionist style that the quick-drying acrylic paint calls for is perfect for those looking to capture the lighting, the vibrance, and emotion of their moment.
For those looking for extra certainty when it comes to accurate details, the controlled lighting and extra time of a studio are essential.

Can you paint from photos?Absolutely. I've actually been painting from photos a lot longer than live painting. In the art world we call that a commission! You send me what you'd like painted and I send you the finished canvas.
-
Are you LGBTQ+ inclusive?YES! All couples are welcome!
-
How do you take payment?I primarily take payment digitally. I use paypal (libbyruleart@gmail.com) , venmo (@Libbyruleart), and cashapp ($ElizabethRule)-- but I accept regular checks as well!
-
For live paintings, will I put down a deposit? To reserve your date, yes! It comes out of the grand total. Each package is different and I can let you know upon inquiry.
-
Do you travel?Yes! However, the travel expenses must be covered by the commissioner.
